In this role, you will:
- Work directly with clients at a variety of levels, as well as internal subject matter experts
- Establish relationships with multiple client stakeholders and secure deals with clients to achieve assigned sales quotas and targets
- Develop and maintain clear account plans for appropriate clients and targets, while scoping and documenting tailored solutions to meet each customer’s requirements
- Articulate solutions and deliverables that the client requires, as opposed to the products that they need to buy
- Articulate our value propositions throughout all steps in the sales process
- Conduct functional gap analysis and address business issues raised by clients
- Discover, forecast and run opportunities in the medium and long-term
- Address the technology conceptual challenges during the sales process and support the closure of sales based on technology domain knowledge
- Identify, assess, and highlight client risks that could prove detrimental to the client’s organization and credibility

- Have solid sales experience in a technology or solution-based environment, with a proven track record of sales over-achievement
- Consistently maintain subject matter expertise in a technology domain, multiple domains or solutions set
- Maintain a high level of relevant product and service knowledge that allows you to have meaningful conversations with potential and existing clients
- Keep abreast of the competitive landscape, market pricing and strategy and how to penetrate a new market
- Are a great multi-tasker and communicator and enjoy presenting to clients
- Are skilled in developing and encouraging meaningful customer relationships up to C-level, particularly CFOs and CPOs
- Love working collaboratively with sales teams and vendors to formulate effective and compelling technological solutions for clients
- Are excited by the thought of building pipeline winning deals that add huge value to the business
- Are adept at pursuing and landing qualified leads and have a keen eye for spotting new sales opportunities within an existing account
- Want to grow into more senior sales roles and have ambitions to develop a leadership career
- Hold a degree in a technical or sales field (preferred but not essential). Knowledge in negotiation skill methodologies such as Scotworks, AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials Training, MS Azure Fundamentals Training or latest equivalent are also desirable
